Originally from a farming community in country Victoria, Amelie has built a foundation in administration across a wide variety of industries, from real estate to non-profits. Her expertise covers CRM management, clerical and compliance skills, and stakeholder engagement at all levels – having dealt with a variety of people from all walks of life across her career, from members of the public to senior executives and government bureaucrats. Having recently enjoyed recruitment by working within the peak industry body for the sector, Amelie decided to transfer her wider recruitment industry skills and knowledge into a recruitment agency at Rimfire Resources. Amelie holds a degree in Film Production, originally intending to pursue a career in producing nature documentaries. Despite taking her career down a different path, conservation and climate are still issues close to her heart.
