Katrine works across all aspects of the Agribusiness Salary Review benchmarking systems within Rimfire Resources including: Account Management, Database Management and Information Distribution.
Katrine grew up in regional New South Wales and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts (Communications). She held client facing sales and marketing roles for both generalist and Agribusiness specific online job boards in Canada and Australia before joining Rimfire’s Agribusiness Salary Review team in 2009.
Katrine has a strong understanding of salary benchmarking and role scoping, specifically the unique roles found across all sectors of Agribusiness. Katrine’s experience in database management ensures the Rural Jobs Index, Agribusiness Salary Review and HR Review all report upon relevant and accurate data trends.
