Within Australia, the agricultural division is focused on building market presence through a distributor-led model, working closely with retail partners and growers to drive product adoption and long-term customer relationships.

The Opportunity
This is a territory role focused on building sales through distributors and key customer relationships.

The position covers Southern Queensland and Northern New South Wales, working across an established client base while identifying new opportunities for growth. The focus is on developing relationships, increasing product adoption, providing product use advice, and maintaining consistent customer engagement across the region.

It is a role for someone who is comfortable being out in the market, managing their own time, and taking ownership of a territory.

At the same time, there is a strong expectation around discipline including activity, pipeline, and customer engagement which is required to be visible and well managed through a CRM.

Key responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Drive sales across the assigned territory and build a consistent pipeline
  • Work with distributors to grow product adoption and strengthen customer relationships
  • Maintain regular customer contact through on-farm visits, trials, and industry events
  • Manage customer activity, pipeline, and reporting through CRM
  • Support broader commercial and marketing activity across the region
About You
Ideally you are already working in agricultural sales and understand how to grow a territory and happy to work in a pragmatic, common sense and humble culture.

You are comfortable working through distributors, building relationships with growers, and staying close to your customers with a commercial mindset and able to identify opportunities, follow them through, and convert them into sales.

Preferred Background
  • Exceptional client & industry engagement and communication skills
  • Ideally experience in agricultural sales, within crop inputs or related sectors
  • Exposure to distributor-based sales models
  • Strong commercial awareness and territory management capability
  • Comfort working with CRM systems and structured reporting
  • Existing connections within Southern QLD or Northern NSW are seen as an advantage
