    The Role
    Reporting to the Melbourne Branch Manager with offices also in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth you will liaise across the business, including clients and candidates that are geographically dispersed. You will provide administration support associated with the recruitment process, including completing reference checks, database management, preparing accurate candidate reports, client proposals, organising meetings and coordinating travel.

    The role will have a general administration focus including receiving in bound calls and coordinating all facets of the day to day running of the office, including managing general email enquiries, managing office supplies and services.

    The Person
    You will be fast paced, have extremely high attention to detail, be highly driven to deliver and execute exceptional standards, and someone looking to work in the agricultural industry. You have a positive customer-focused attitude, excellent communication, and strong IT skills including database management experience, with the ability to work collaboratively and also work independently.  
    We would like to hear from you if you have:
    • A background in a similar role. (EA experience will be highly valued)
    • Exceptional communication skills including verbal and written
    • High attention to detail skills
    • Be willing to be flexible and work within a small team environment
    • Very strong Office 365 skills including fast typing skills
    • Happy to be an ‘all-rounder’ to work and support a busy and passionate Consulting team
    • Be able to be in the CBD office at least 4 days per week
    • Have a glass ½ full and positive attitude
