Working with dealerships, Australian growers and authorised resellers, they have a clear market edge and are now in an expansion phase, wishing to appoint a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive new revenue streams in NSW.
About The Position:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth across new machinery and aftermarket spare parts. They will also develop relationships with a small number of targeted dealerships, win direct-to-farm customers and authorised resellers and execute an agreed structured growth plan. Support, mentoring and leadership will all be provided to ensure that the products are well positioned for significant growth in key markets. Now, is a key time to be joining the business.

To be successful in this position, candidates will require the following:
- A successful track-record in sales or business development
- An existing network in the (NSW) agribusiness sector
- Excellent time management and communication/presentation skills
- Commercial acumen and ability to build lasting relationships
