The Opportunity
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides strategic, commercial and operational leadership to ensure ProWay’s sustainable growth, innovation and long-term success. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO is responsible for delivering the Board’s vision, driving financial performance, overseeing operational excellence, and fostering a value-driven, high-performance culture. The CEO also represents ProWay with key stakeholders, industry bodies, and the wider community.

- A proven commercial background, leading a sales team to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Someone that champions a safe, inclusive and values-driven culture that supports accountability, innovation and continuous improvement
- The ability to oversee manufacturing performance across the entire operation, including projects, logistics, and service delivery.
- A commitment to safety by maintaining a strong safety culture through proactive risk identification, prevention and response.
- Prior experience in construction or manufacturing, ideally with Lean experience
- The ability to partner with the CFO to oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and capital allocation.
- Academic qualifications befitting such a position, with a focus on agriculture, construction, and manufacturing, are highly regarded.
