The Role:

There is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager SA to cover the key southern region of South Australia. Reporting to the SA State Manager, you will be responsible for driving all commercial activities within the territory to achieve targets for sales turnover, market share, profitability, product mix, and professionalism.

Leveraging your background in agronomy, with a specialization in the Horticulture and Viticulture sectors, you will build long-lasting customer relationships with rural resellers and distributors through proactive sales and marketing activities. This large and productive territory has a strong existing customer base that is highly supportive of the product range.

Skills And Attributes:

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates will need to demonstrate the following:
  • Ideally 5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the agricultural sector.
  • A background in agronomy/farming and comprehensive knowledge of crop protection products.
  • Proven relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within a commercial environment.
  • An appropriate university degree is preferred.
  • Agsafe accreditation.
