The Opportunity:
Reporting to the General Manager and sitting as part of the Leadership Team, this newly created role will lead LongReach’s go-to-market strategy, marketing, communications and business development activity. It will play a key role in growing revenue, market share and brand recognition across the Australian wheat market.

Key areas of focus include:
  • Developing and executing domestic marketing and market plans
  • Leading portfolio, product lifecycle and launch planning
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer needs
  • Working closely with customers, licensees, agency partners and internal teams
  • Identifying new in-licensing, out-licensing and B2B growth opportunities
The role will also contribute to business planning, budgets and longer-term market-facing activity, while leading a small team and representing LongReach at an industry level.

About You:
We are seeking a commercially minded, market-focused leader who brings:
  • 10+ years’ experience across commercial, marketing, product management or business development roles
  • An understanding of Australian agriculture, ideally grains or broadacre cropping markets
  • Strong product management, strategic marketing and market development capability
  • Proven ability to build relationships with customers, licensees, industry stakeholders and internal teams
  • Strong communication skills and confidence representing a business externally
  • Commercial discipline, attention to detail and experience contributing to budgets and planning
Most importantly, you will be practical, commercially astute and comfortable turning market insight into action.
