The Role
In this General Manager role you will act as the key point of contact for a high performing business unit, you will be a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Your primary responsibility will be to drive strategic growth and profitability by leading diverse service teams and ensuring high standards across all operational segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market presence and business growth across a number of agricultural markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Drive sales and service delivery, focusing on both revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies.
  • Lead, motivate, and retain a high-performing team, fostering professional development and internal leadership.
  • Oversee the adoption of innovative practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
