The Opportunity
In this people-orientated role and as the business continues to grow, it requires the expertise of a General Manager to oversee day-to-day the agriculture assets, focussing on an ecological-first operating model that maximises farming productivity, sustainability and efficiencies across Queensland and the Northern Territory.
Leveraging your livestock farming and breeding knowledge, you will build on and grow their cattle grazing business while leveraging existing assets. Their current portfolio is considerable, and while consolidating these assets you will develop a future strategy to execute the acquisition of additional assets.

Their stations are managed not only for productive cattle output but for measurable environmental outcomes, through savannah fire management, human-induced regeneration, and environmental plantings under the ACCU Scheme. You will ensure grazing and carbon activities work in concert rather than in conflict, that day-to-day station operations translate into credible carbon credit generation, and that Paniri continues to navigate the regulatory landscape with confidence.
