The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with growers and industry stakeholders in South Eastern NSW (Albury through to Wagga). You will work closely with an internal sales and farm services team, and external reseller and agronomist network to continue to drive seed sales with growers in the region.

You will represent our clients brand and portfolio of product at farm-gate, working with an established portfolio of growers and looking for new customer opportunities as you communicate the significant benefits of our clients products and help drive sales goals.

The Person
The ideal candidate will be:
  • Experienced working with a grower customer, ideally well connected to local users and a strong knowledge of relevant farming systems.
  • Looking for a role that provides autonomy to work as a contractor – working with your own ABN and vehicle.
  • A natural self-starter, someone that is able to manage their own calendar and determined to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Have natural communication skills, comfortable speaking with both growers and resellers in the region and able to build a natural rapport.
  • Ability to use a CRM system and literate with Microsoft products.

The role is largely commission based, with excellent annual earnings available, and will be further discuss with the relevant candidate. The successful candidate must be located in the relevant territory.
