With extensive networks across Australia, the business assists growers to maximise farmgate returns. Our client’s advisors work to develop a personalised grain marketing strategy for each grower. As part of their strategic expansion plans, the group now wishes to appoint a Grower Services Coordinator, based in Perth, WA.

    The Position:

    Reporting into the General Manager, the Grower Services Coordinator will have primary responsibility for client (external) and operations (internal) support. There is also a strong focus on customer service, sales development, personal organisation and attention to detail. This will include:
    • Administration, marketing and data management tasks - including maintenance of a client database / CRM
    • First liaison point for client queries, invoicing and troubleshooting
    • Daily grain price and classification reviews and updates
    • Participation in marketing and business development activities
    • Internal and external meeting support
    • Attendance at industry events, field days, conferences and networking functions
    • Staying updated on agricultural industry trends, market conditions, and innovations
    Requirements:

    To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates will ideally possess the following attributes:
    • A proven track record in customer service or account management
    • An interest or work history in the Australian agribusiness sector
    • Excellent communication and time management skills
    • High levels of motivation and to be well suited to team collaboration
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, information systems and CRM platforms
    • A background, recent experience, or an understanding of the grain industry - considered highly desirable
