The Position
To complement the existing Human Resources team, we’re looking for a motivated HR/Recruitment Coordinator to provide prompt and efficient recruitment and onboarding services, combined with generalist HR activities across 22 rural and regional locations around Australia.
The Person
The successful candidate will have demonstrated strong administrative skills in a HR or recruitment role with an emphasis on being able to work in our offices in Brisbane, and will need to possess the following:
- Experience with sourcing candidates using varied platforms and methods, shortlisting, contract preparation and onboarding
- Generalist HR skills including managing HR inbox inquiries, employment changes, record management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and remote management teams
- Maintain company HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Activity reporting and employee record management
- Contribute to the development of induction content and other training activities
