The Opportunity
Due to internal growth, there is now an opportunity for a full-time Lecturer Marketing to join the team at Marcus Oldham. Utilising your industry experience in marketing you will be responsible for preparing teaching materials delivering relevant curriculum in an engaging and practical manner and assess students throughout the Course.
Reporting to the Deputy Principal - Academic you will have autonomy to create and coordinate the marketing Course. This role also has the potential to deliver content across a range of related topics and/or other areas of expertise relevant to the College Course offering.
About You
We would like to hear from you if you have the following:
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing in the Agricultural sector.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (Marketing/Agribusiness).
- Master’s Degree (highly regarded).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Exposure to international business and strategic planning will be well regarded.
- Ability to translate theory and practical knowledge to engaging content (teaching experience will be highly regarded, however displayed ability to deliver presentations in professional settings is also valuable).
- Experience or qualifications in Training/Teaching or Group Facilitation highly desirable but not essential.
