The Role
There is now the requirement for a Marketing Associate -
to join the marketing team in the Sydney office, reporting to the Marketing and Business Development Manager. You will be working closely with the marketing manager to:
- build and execute marketing campaigns,
- provide sales and market analysis reports and presentations
- manage the company’s website and social media presence
- conduct market research as required
There will be some travel and overnights to selected industry conferences.
You will be provided with your own office, phone and laptop with some flexibility to WFH 1 day a week.
The Person
To be successful in this business support role, you will be a good communicator and able to work well in a small team.
Ideally you will have:
- Degree in a business-related discipline
- Sound knowledge of and experience in marketing, reporting, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
- Ability to analyse sales and market data then communicate in clear, accurate terms
- Appreciation for agriculture, chemicals and sustainable farming
This is your opportunity to come and work with a successful commercial agribusiness, be mentored on marketing best practice, enabling you to develop in the role. Your induction program includes field visits. Base salary range $70 - $90k.
