About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the National Sales Manager
is responsible for leading KELLY’s sales strategy across Australia. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external dealers to drive performance, hit growth targets, and expand market share.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic thinking with field-level engagement. You’ll build dealer capability, coach your team, and represent KELLY with professionalism and impact across the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute national sales plans
- Build strong, productive relationships with dealer partners
- Equip and train the channel to maximise product performance and sales outcomes
- Collaborate across operations, marketing, supply chain, and product
- Identify growth opportunities and improve sales processes
- Represent KELLY at industry events, field days, and conferences
We’re looking for a commercially focused, values-driven leader who knows how to win trust and deliver results. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in agricultural equipment sales (dealer or manufacturer level)
- A strategic mindset with the ability to lead and coach others
- Strong understanding of seasonal and regional dynamics in farming
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Confidence with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally overseas
