GRDC appoints a single nominee director to the InterGrain Board with their current director finishing their term at the end of November. GRDC are looking for candidates that will result in the Board having a combination of expertise and experience in all of the following areas:
- Broadacre seed business and distribution
- Seed & grains supply chain
- Crop breeding
- Research and development
- Sector stakeholder connections
- Business and commercial skills
- Risk management
- Financial acumen
- Corporate governance
All candidates must have a genuine interest in, and a broad understanding of cereal breeding and growing across Australia with a sound understanding of corporate governance and well-developed communication skills.
