The Role
Our client is seeking a full-time Office Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across the business.
Working closely with the Office Manager, this role blends traditional office duties with hands-on assistance in order processing and dispatch.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Office Manager with clerical and customer service tasks
- Managing incoming calls and reception duties
- Processing, packing, and dispatching sales orders (training provided)
- Maintaining inventory records and accurate data entry
- Assisting with hospitality for meetings and visitors
- Monitoring and replenishing office and kitchen supplies
About You
You’re dependable, organised, and take pride in doing things well. You bring a balance of professionalism, initiative, and a practical, can-do approach.
You’ll also bring:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- A current Queensland manual driver’s licence
- A neat, professional presentation suitable for hosting visitors
