The Company
Our client is an Australian veterinary pharmaceutical organisation specialising in the manufacture and distribution of high-quality products that support immune health in animals.

Based in the Scenic Rim, the business operates a purpose-built facility and has a strong reputation for quality, care, and precision. With visitors and clients from Australia and overseas, the environment is professional, collaborative, and safety-focused, with a strong emphasis on detail and workmanship.

The Role
Our client is seeking a full-time Office Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across the business.

Working closely with the Office Manager, this role blends traditional office duties with hands-on assistance in order processing and dispatch.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the Office Manager with clerical and customer service tasks
  • Managing incoming calls and reception duties
  • Processing, packing, and dispatching sales orders (training provided)
  • Maintaining inventory records and accurate data entry
  • Assisting with hospitality for meetings and visitors
  • Monitoring and replenishing office and kitchen supplies
While most of your time will be spent in the office, you’ll also help in the production and dispatch areas. The role involves occasional heavy lifting and exposure to hot or cold outdoor conditions.

About You
You’re dependable, organised, and take pride in doing things well. You bring a balance of professionalism, initiative, and a practical, can-do approach.

You’ll also bring:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
  • Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines
  • A current Queensland manual driver’s licence
  • A neat, professional presentation suitable for hosting visitors

Why Join Their Team?
The team culture is supportive, friendly, and safety-focused, where reliability and collaboration are genuinely valued. You’ll receive full training, ongoing development, and the chance to build a long-term career within a business that takes pride in its people and products.

You’ll work from a beautiful country office in a fast-growing business, where your contributions have visible impact. The commute is straightforward, with no parking headaches, making your workday smoother from start to finish.

This on-site role suits someone who doesn’t want to be desk-bound. You’ll enjoy real variety each day, balancing customer service, admin, and hands-on operational work; offering a mix of indoor and outdoor tasks, genuine balance, and long-term stability.
