About The Opportunity

This is a significant hands-on opportunity to provide high-level and hands-on people, culture and industrial relations support, to assist with Grains Australia’s strategic plans. Reporting to the CFO, the People and Culture Manager will drive internal functions such as recruitment, organisational development, culture / team dynamics, performance management, employee welfare, WHS and HR policy. Stakeholders will be the executive team and the key business units that allows Grains Australia to support the Australian grains sector nationally.

Skills & Experience

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates will ideally possess the following:
  • A successful track record of success in human resources management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of industrial relations and work health and safety legislation
  • Empathy and proven stakeholder management skills
  • Planning and HR system implementation experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related discipline, or significant on-the-job experience
  • An affinity or connection with regional Australia
