About You
Driven and collaborative by nature you will bring 2 + years of sales or sales support experience along with high energy and go getter attitude. With a sound understanding of backend and CRM ERP systems, you will take ownership of the role liaising with dealers and customers across the Kelly network.
In this office base role with some occasional travel, you will have a high level of communication skills both verbal and written, with tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Agriculture, or related. Ideally you will have some exposure to the agricultural or machinery industries, or similar technical sector.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Sales Manager the Sales Coordinator is responsible for inside sales providing support to internal teams and external dealers by:
- Building and maintaining strong dealer and customer relationships
- Managing the customer pipeline ensuring high level of customer support is provided throughout the sales process
- Provide support in warranty administration and spare parts
- Working closely with the 2 Sales Managers to add value to dealers and customers across mainly the Australia market but also New Zealand, and South Africa.
