The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving ProWay’s continued growth and market leadership.
Based at ProWay’s Bomen site, this role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans that increase brand presence, market share and revenue, while leading a high‑performing sales team and ensuring the delivery of world‑class customer outcomes.

This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines sales strategy, people leadership, project oversight and market engagement, working closely with Operations, Finance and Design to deliver integrated solutions for customers.  You will be a key player in the Executive Leadership team, working closely with the CEO in taking ProWay on the exciting next phase of its development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with ProWay’s growth objectives
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships and channels
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing sales team (20), covering numerous markets Nationally , with clear KPIs and accountability
  • Drive consistent sales performance, reporting results and insights to the CEO and Board
  • Oversee tender coordination and major project sales from enquiry through to delivery
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies across digital, print and industry events
  • Provide market, customer and competitor insights to support product innovation and development
  • Ensure ProWay’s values are embedded in all customer interactions and business decisions
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Agribusiness or a related disciplines are highly regarded, as is experience in project delivery.
