Sales Support Coordinator

The Company

Harmony Agriculture & Food Company  is a leading producer and supplier of premium branded beef to global markets. Their current supply chains produce 4,300t of branded Wagyu F1 beef for sale and distribution annually.

Harmony’s core capabilities lie in intensive livestock production and the sales and marketing of premium products. They are a dynamic, energetic agribusiness with exciting plans for growth and currently have an opportunity to work closely with their Head of Global Markets and broader sales and production team. This is a newly created role that will provide end-to-end exposure to their business, ideally suited to someone passionate about the beef sector.

The Position

Working closely with the Head of Global Markets, your role will be a blend of sales support, product marketing and production planning to train you across a number of facets within the business. This will include:

• Working with key domestic and export customers to understand their requirements and assist with order execution.
• Assist with the trade and digital marketing of the business, putting together materials and ensuring timely delivery.
• Assist senior team members with all functions of the business unit, including sales orders, order management, inventory management and logistics.
• Assist the Account Manager to enable seamless communication between Sales Managers and Production planning functions, ensuring clear order communication and logistical capability for orders.
• Assist with providing accurate and timely export documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service to a global customer base.

  

The Person

We are keen to hear from you if you possess the following background, experience and key skills:

• A passion for the red meat sector and keen to work within a vertically integrated business.
• An understanding of livestock supply chains and intensive production.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional attention to detail, comfortable working autonomously but capable to work within a wider business environment.
• Comfort using data and learning systems, with an inquisitive mindset.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in an agricultural related discipline highly regarded
