The Company

LiveCorp is the not‑for‑profit industry research and marketing body for Australia’s livestock exporters. They deliver services that enhance the sustainability, welfare outcomes, market access, and competitiveness of the live export supply chain. Their work spans research, data and innovation, communications, training, and coordination across a broad national and international stakeholder network.

LiveCorp works with a range of stakeholders and industry bodies in the supply chain including the Australian Livestock Exporters’ Council, Meat & Livestock Australia, and the Australian Government.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the centre of LiveCorp’s service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and organisational operations. As Services Officer , you will provide hands‑on support across LiveCorp’s digital, data and service activities. The role helps deliver and maintain data systems, reporting, digital tools and day‑to‑day operations while maintaining and furthering relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across industry and government.

Your responsibilities will also extend to:
  • Administration & coordination across programs, meetings and reporting activities.
  • IT systems support to users including training internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and user testing for new IT projects and updates.
  • Data oversight & reporting drawing on multiple data sources.
  • Core stakeholder‑facing where you will build relationships across the livestock export sector.
About You

You are proactive, organised, and confident while engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. If you bring the following, we would like to hear from you:
  • Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Solid Excel capability (data handling, analysis, reporting).
  • Experience using multiple digital systems or reporting tools, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Confidence training others in IT systems and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a small team that is fast‑paced and diverse, within a sometimes complex stakeholder environment.
  • Ideally an affinity or experience in agriculture or live animal exports.
