The Opportunity
Agsafe is seeking 2x Stewardship Field Officers (WA & NSW) to provide senior field leadership to deliver their national training, accreditation, and quality assurance programs. The roles champion’s the regional rollout of the drumMUSTER and bagMUSTER stewardship initiatives in both NSW and WA regions. These positions are central to upholding Agsafe’s standards through assessment delivery, regional presence, and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client support services - premise reviews and training
- DrumMUSTER program oversight
- bagMUSTER rollout and expansion
- Business development and program Innovation
- Reporting, compliance and administration
We are keen to hear from you if you are:
- a self-starter, who enjoys engaging stakeholders across government and commercial sectors
- experienced in training/education, WHS and or audits
- able to demonstrate ability to develop and maintain commercial relationships
- qualified in Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or equivalent (or willingness to obtain), and/or have a Lead Auditor Certificate (or equivalent)
- Willingness to travel across your region with regular nights away from home
