The Opportunity

This is a very exciting opportunity to drive the leadership function for a premium store - and to inspire a high performing team in a business that values: community, local producers, outstanding customer service and fresh high-quality food. As part of this, the Store Manager will be responsible for the following:
  • Leading and managing all aspects of the store’s operations
  • Inspiring, coaching, and developing the team’s capability
  • Contributing as part of the group’s executive leadership team
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience, every day
  • Managing store performance, including full P&L accountability
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety and food standards
About You

Applications are encouraged from candidates with the following experience and skills:
  • A track-record of leading teams in the retail or hospitality sectors
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and financial acumen – including GP, sales, budgets, and salary control
  • Passion for fresh food and gourmet products
  • Exceptional customer service experience and merchandising ability
  • Understanding of food safety standards and compliance
  • IT knowledge/Microsoft/MYOB
  • Willingness to relocate to or live in, the South-Western region of Western Australia
