The Opportunity
This is a very exciting opportunity to drive the leadership function for a premium store - and to inspire a high performing team in a business that values: community, local producers, outstanding customer service and fresh high-quality food. As part of this, the Store Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and managing all aspects of the store’s operations
- Inspiring, coaching, and developing the team’s capability
- Contributing as part of the group’s executive leadership team
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience, every day
- Managing store performance, including full P&L accountability
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and food standards

- A track-record of leading teams in the retail or hospitality sectors
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and financial acumen – including GP, sales, budgets, and salary control
- Passion for fresh food and gourmet products
- Exceptional customer service experience and merchandising ability
- Understanding of food safety standards and compliance
- IT knowledge/Microsoft/MYOB
- Willingness to relocate to or live in, the South-Western region of Western Australia
