Due to recent changes within their WA team, they are seeking a driven and professional Technical Sales Representative to join their Western Australian operation.

The Role
Reporting to the WA State Manager, the role focuses on growing and servicing a defined customer base throughout key horticultural regions in Western Australia. You will be responsible for promoting their extensive vegetable seed range, developing sales opportunities, and supporting their growers and distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with growers, commercial nurseries and resellers.
- Promote the company’s commercial vegetable seed portfolio across multiple crop categories.
- Execute territory sales plans and work to achieve defined sales targets.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
- Represent the business professionally at industry events and field days.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
We are interested in speaking to you if you possess the following key skills:
- Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field (or relevant industry experience).
- Background in technical sales, horticultural sales, or the seed industry (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own schedule.
- Comfortable with regular travel within WA, including overnight stays as required.
- Current Australian Driver’s License and legal right to work in Australia. CPA/CA qualification is preferred.
