About the Role
Reporting to the General Sales Manager Australia, the Territory Sales Manager
is responsible for executing KELLY’s sales strategy across the territory. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external dealers to drive performance, hit growth targets, and expand market share.
This is an autonomous, boots on the ground role that blends strategic thinking with field-level engagement. You’ll build dealer capability, gaining market feedback, and represent KELLY with professionalism and impact across the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute territory sales plans
- Build strong, productive relationships with dealer partners
- Equip and train the channel to maximise product performance and sales outcomes
- Collaborate across operations, marketing, supply chain, and product
- Gain market feedback and identify growth opportunities
- Represent KELLY at industry events, field days, and conferences
We’re looking for a proactive, hungry, values-driven salesperson who knows how to win trust and deliver results. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in agricultural equipment sales (dealer or manufacturer level)
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Confidence with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Strong understanding of seasonal and regional dynamics in farming
- Hands on approach with the ability to identify and assist equipment set up
- Willingness to travel nationally
