The Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager and working closely with the broader sales team, as Territory Sales Manager covering the Queensland and Northern Territory market you will be responsible for promoting, developing and coordinating our clients product portfolio to relevant market users. You will drive growth through developing a territory specific business plan in conjunction with the leadership team, and through executing this plan look to grow market share, identify new business opportunity and promote our clients brand across key market segments.

You will be seen as a key partner by distributor partners, as they use your technical expertise to assist with end user product requests, and you will develop a close knowledge of market conditions to assist with sales forecasting and providing clear budget and resource support for your given market.

The Person
We would be keen to speak to you if you have the following:
  • Relevant territory education (ideally Agronomic, Horticultural or Business related studies).
  • Experience working with customers in the turf management sector (golf courses, LGA assets, parks and gardens etc).
  • Experience identifying and communicating pest related issues and tailoring technical information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Proven sales and business development experience, with a natural commercial acumen and business development skills.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
This role will be largely Southern QLD focused, with some planned travel to key customers in QLD and NT as required. Ideally you will be located in Brisbane or the surrounding areas.
