About The Position:
Reporting to the General Manager Commercial, the WA/SA Territory Sales & Development Manager is responsible for driving new and existing relationships across the distribution network. This will involve:
- Customer training and education relating to technology and innovation
- Demand creation with end-user customers to support market development and drive sales (e.g., farm calls, grower meetings etc.)
- Execution of territory field trial campaigns to support new product launches and business development
- Attendance at key field days and industry meetings
- Execution of an agreed territory management plan (reviewed every six months)
To be successful in this position, candidates will require the following:
- A track-record of customer management in the broadacre sector with a history of achieving budgeted outcomes
- Proven planning and time management skills
- Excellent customer service orientation, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-aware, reflective, and adaptable
- Enthusiastic personality, self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Capacity to travel in both WA/SA
